Generally speaking contract or leased employment agreements can last from several weeks to a couple of years in duration. The nature of these contracts can vary widely, but contracted work can be a viable and exciting alternative to the traditional method of working.
In this scenario, Proven Solutions is the actual employer and assumes a co-management role with our client firms. Our contracts generally run three months or longer and may go up to a year. After a year, the contracts may be renewed.
